COE 42 SWEATSHIRT. The Groups of Special Operations (GOE) are units of special operations of the Army Spanish, the so-called Green Berets. It was originally intended mainly to the battle of guerrillas, but at present its function is to missions of infiltration by any means for monitoring or observation or attacks, always in small groups (12-16 men more or less) and always behind the enemy lines.
