GOLD MERIT MEDAL CIVIL PROTECTION. Spanish merit medal created in 1982 to distinguish individuals or corporations in the field of civil protection.

There are three categories: Gold Medal, Silver and Bronze. Each medal carries a distinctive color in the film, which can be red, blue or white. This one with blue badge is awarded for collaboration.
