Note the true symbol of the Jewish people, the menorah. The menorah is one of the oldest symbols of the Jewish faith – a seven-branched candelabrum used in the Temple. The emblem of Israel is an Escutcheon which contains a Menorah in its center, two olive branches on both sides of the Menorah and at the bottom the label "Israel".
